Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and uphold the quality standards of our manufacturing processes and assembly of PALIoT pallets at PALIoT Solutions Inc. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high product quality, compliance with industry standards, and meeting customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure high-quality pallet production.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products.
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Establish quality control measures to monitor and ensure consistent production quality.
• Oversee testing and analysis of pallets to assess strength, durability, and compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Provide training to production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

• Positive attitude with 7+ years of experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of direct supervisor/manager experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, quality management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
