Quality Inspector III

Job Description

Align Aerospace LLC is seeking a Quality Inspector III to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Inspector III, you will play a critical role in ensuring that products meet company and industry standards, working with internal departments and customers to maintain quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer rejections and claims.
• Provide corrective action and root cause analysis.
• Manage Customer-related issues and waivers.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers on resolving rejections.
• Support inspection team on customer requirements.
• Quarantine defective stock and ensure resolution.
• Manage customer claims and quality ratings.
• Coordinate on-site audits and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, monitor, and recommend quality actions.
• Conduct audits internally and externally.
• Prepare and deliver metrics to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Quality Inspection.
• Knowledge of SAP system preferred.
• Certification in Quality Auditor or Quality Improvements desired.
• Certification in blueprint reading and shop math required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work autonomously and solve problems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
