Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Radiology Tech Lead to join our team at Corewell Health. In this role, you will provide coordination and act as a resource for staff involved in general radiology services. You will ensure the quality and quantity of workflow, perform diagnostic images, and assist in training new staff/students. Additionally, you will maintain equipment, communicate effectively with medical staff, and prioritize patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily work schedules and ensure efficient patient flow.
- Assist in achieving site and system objectives.
- Provide leadership and conflict resolution.
- Perform radiographic and related patient care procedures.
- Train new staff and students.
Requirements
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 3-5 years of clinical staff technologist experience preferred.
- Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
