Job Description
We are looking for a talented Lead Radiology Tech to join our team at Corewell Health in Farmington Hills. This full-time position offers increased pay rates and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. As the Lead Radiology Tech, you will coordinate and act as a resource for staff involved in general radiology services, ensuring the quality and timely completion of exams. In addition to leading daily work schedules, you will assist in achieving site and system objectives, demonstrate leadership, and provide effective communication among different stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily work schedules and monitor patient flow for optimal imaging acquisition.
- Assist in achieving site and system objectives.
- Demonstrate leadership, conflict resolution, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Provide inter/intra-departmental communication and participate actively with medical staff and management.
Requirements
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 3-5 years' clinical staff technologist experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT and Basic Life Support Certification required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varying environments.
