Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Radiology Tech Lead to join Corewell Health on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising general radiology services, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining imaging standards. You will lead daily schedules, provide patient care procedures, and contribute to enhancing departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor staff schedules for optimal patient flow and high-quality images.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, problem-solving, and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures and equipment maintenance.
- Perform radiographic procedures and educate patients on diagnostic exams.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 3-5 years of clinical staff technologist experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT required.
- Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
