Job Description
Corewell Health is seeking a Radiology Tech Lead to join our team at Farmington Hills Hospital. In this role, you will coordinate and provide leadership for general radiology services, ensuring the efficient and safe flow of patients and the acquisition of high-quality images. You will be responsible for leading staff schedules, assisting in achieving site objectives, and demonstrating effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Additionally, you will be involved in staff training, quality assurance, and maintaining equipment standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily work schedules and monitor patient flow.
- Assist in achieving site and system objectives.
- Demonstrate leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Provide effective communication with medical staff and management.
- Ensure quality assurance on equipment and maintain imaging standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 3-5 years' clinical staff technologist experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT required.
- Basic Life Support Certification needed.
