Job Description
Corewell Health is seeking a highly motivated Radiology Tech Ld to join our team at the Farmington Hills Hospital. As a Lead Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining the highest imaging standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily schedules to optimize patient flow.
- Provide leadership, conflict resolution, and effective communication with staff and medical professionals.
- Ensure quality assurance and control on all equipment.
- Perform radiographic procedures with a focus on patient care and safety.
- Train new staff and students, conduct annual competencies, and assist in staff evaluations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
- 3-5 years of clinical technologist experience preferred.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
