Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Radiology Tech Ld to join Corewell Health. As a Senior Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing general radiology services. You will lead daily work schedules, ensure patient flow efficiency, and uphold imaging standards to provide the best possible care to our patients. In addition to performing diagnostic imaging procedures, you will be responsible for staff training, quality assurance, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily work schedules and patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with imaging standards and quality assurance procedures.
• Provide leadership and conflict resolution within the department.
• Participate in inter/intra-departmental communication and collaboration.
• Perform radiographic procedures with a focus on patient care and safety.

Requirements

• Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
• 3-5 years of clinical staff technologist experience preferred.
• Certification by ARRT and BLS Certification required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
