General Summary
As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform diagnostic exams in general radiology, ensuring accurate and efficient results. You will apply principles of radiation protection, provide exceptional patient care, and contribute to the overall quality of imaging services.
Essential Duties
- Perform quality diagnostic exams after verifying patient identification and physician orders.
- Acquire and document accurate patient history.
- Monitor patient safety during procedures.
- Utilize age-appropriate methods for patient care.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Operate imaging equipment proficiently and follow quality control procedures.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) and other certifications required.
- BLS certification required.
