General Summary
As a Radiology Technologist at Corewell Health, you will perform diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology under supervision. Ensuring accurate imaging and following radiation protection principles are key responsibilities in providing the best possible care.
Essential Duties
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following necessary verifications.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Utilize diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently while adhering to quality control.
- Provide procedural information to patients prior to exams.
- Maintain competency in various diagnostic areas.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
- Required certifications: CRT-Radiographer (R), CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration, and CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS).
