Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate Radiology Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health on a full-time basis with day shifts. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in performing accurate diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following proper protocols and safety measures.
- Acquire patient history and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and patients.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and ensure quality control.
- Provide patient education and support throughout the process.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of exam rooms and equipment.
- Assist in training new hires and students.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) and CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT required.
- CRT-BLS (BLS) certification required.
