Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented Radiology Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for performing accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology. As part of our collaborative team, you will contribute to providing exceptional care to our patients by ensuring high-quality imaging for interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following proper protocols.
- Acquire precise patient history and document details accurately.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and follow quality control procedures.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients.
- Maintain competency in all assigned areas and assist in training new staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) and CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration required.
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) certification needed.
