As the Radiology Technologist Lead, you will provide leadership in coordinating general radiology services, ensuring the efficient and safe flow of patients and the acquisition of optimal images. You will lead daily work schedules, facilitate effective communication, train staff, maintain equipment, and uphold quality standards according to departmental policies and imaging standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily work schedules and monitor patient flow.
- Assist in achieving site and system objectives.
- Demonstrate leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Provide effective communication and collaboration.
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures and ensure quality assurance.
- Use hospital computer systems accurately and efficiently.
- Train new staff and students.
- Maintain competency in various radiology procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 3-5 years of clinical staff technologist experience preferred.
- Certified by the ARRT with good standing.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
