Job Description
Corewell Health is currently seeking a full-time Radiology Technologist Lead to join our team. In this role, you will provide coordination and act as a resource for staff involved in general radiology services. You will lead daily work schedules, monitor patient flow, ensure optimal images, and provide effective leadership to achieve site and system objectives. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering patient and family-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily work schedules, monitor patient flow, and ensure optimal images.
- Provide effective leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff, management, and support staff.
- Ensure quality assurance and control on all equipment.
- Conduct radiographic procedures using age-appropriate methods.
Requirements
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 3-5 years' clinical staff technologist experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT required.
- Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers required.
