As the Radiology Technologist Lead, you will oversee general radiology services, coordinate staff activities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic procedures. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining efficient patient flow, ensuring equipment quality, and upholding imaging standards. In addition to leading daily work schedules and staff training, you will play a crucial role in fostering effective communication among departments and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily work schedules of staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Assist in achieving site and system objectives.
• Demonstrate effective leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Provide patient care procedures using age-appropriate methods.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and quality control protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
• 3-5 years of clinical staff technologist experience preferred.
• Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Basic Life Support Certification required.
