Job Description
We are looking for talented individuals to join The Good Feet Store Midwest as Regional Sales Consultants. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping customers find relief from foot, knee, hip, or back pain by introducing them to our premium Good Feet Arch Supports. You will receive comprehensive training to understand our sales process and will have the opportunity to work at various locations across San Antonio, including San Antonio North and Alamo Ranch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal sales metrics and goals effectively.
- Engage customers through consultative selling techniques.
- Facilitate transactions and provide information on financing options.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up.
- Actively seek self-improvement and seize growth opportunities.
Working Hours
Weekdays: 10 AM – 6 PM
Saturdays: 9 AM – 5 PM
Sundays: 12 PM – 4 PM
Saturday contests and lunch incentives
