As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement personalized behavior intervention plans, focusing on communication, social skills, and daily living activities. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference, empathetic team players, and willing to undergo comprehensive training to support children's development.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors through positive reinforcement.

Requirements

• Passion for assisting children with autism.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 18+ years of age.
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications (CPR, First Aid, RBT).
• Physical capabilities to handle various movements and lift up to 50 pounds.
