Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)

Job Description

Project Brilliance, an ABA therapy company dedicated to providing exceptional ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum, is seeking a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT). As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with young children, assisting them in achieving their developmental goals and acquiring new skills. This role involves providing therapy, facilitating social interactions, and implementing behavior change strategies under the guidance of BCBA professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy and participate in social groups.
• Assist in skill acquisition for communication, social interaction, problem-solving, and adaptive living skills.
• Implement teaching and behavior change procedures.
• Collaborate with BCBA's and report on child's progress.
• Teach appropriate social behaviors and ensure children's safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or related field.
• RBT Certification preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy is a plus.
• Ability to engage and interact with children aged 2-6.
• Prior ABA experience beneficial.
