Job Description

Cassia, a leading senior community in Davenport, Iowa, is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Director of Health Services (DHS) to join our compassionate team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional care to our residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care units.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a generous benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of potential residents.
• Supervise nursing care for Assisted Living residents.
• Develop and implement individualized Care Plans for residents.
• Advocate for residents' rights and needs.
• Manage budget for nursing and care-related areas.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Provide leadership, training, and supervision to nursing staff.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.
• Prior experience in staff supervision, especially in Assisted Living.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
