Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our nationally recognized health care system, FirstHealth of the Carolinas. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for patient documentation.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a current NC RN license or compact state RN license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an acute care facility or home care agency.
- Possession of a valid NC driver's license.
- National Certification (CHPN) recommended after at least two years of full-time RN experience in hospice nursing practice.
