Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Burlington, VT. As an RN in this position, you will be instrumental in providing patient care and supporting healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of previous nursing home experience and demonstrate a commitment to quality care.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to deliver patient care.
- Maintain current clinical knowledge and adhere to best practices in patient care.
- Promote patient independence and well-being.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of recent supervised experience in long-term care or nursing home setting.
- Registered Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Current CPR/BLS certification and RN license in the state of employment.
- Proficiency in English language and basic computer skills.
