Job Description
Open Sky Community Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Adult Family Care program. As a Registered Nurse at Open Sky, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care for individuals in need, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Visit families in their homes to conduct assessments and provide medical support.
- Maintain contact with medical service providers and ensure necessary documentation.
- Offer medical teaching and training to caregivers and individuals served.
- Perform medication audits as required.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Ability to work independently, with motivation and autonomy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Compliance with MassHealth guidelines for annual physical and TB screening.
Compensation
$33 hourly wage.
