We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse - Comprehensive Care Center to join Denver Health's team. As an ambulatory care services (ACS) RN, you will provide patient care, education, and support to diverse patients in an outpatient clinic setting. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams, implementing evidence-based plans, and promoting excellence in healthcare consumer safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to set goals and strategies.
• Supervise and train clinic team members.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Current BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
