Elizabethtown Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will be entrusted with managing patient care in the Emergency Room by implementing the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in the Emergency Room using the nursing process.
• Evaluate and plan patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize critical thinking skills in emergency situations.
• Interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Professional Nurse license in NYS.
• Preferably one year of past Emergency Department experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple priorities.
