Registered Nurse Float (Inpatient) Nights

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Float (Inpatient) Nights to join our team at Denver Health. As a Float Nurse, you will provide high-quality care across various in-patient areas and the Emergency Department, ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of individuals, families, and communities to identify health or safety issues.
• Maintain accurate patient records and report symptoms or changes in conditions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Administer nursing care, including medication administration and patient education.
• Promote a positive patient experience and ensure patient safety.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license from DORA necessary.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical skills.
• Proficiency with medical equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.
