Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse I to join our team at Sinai Hospital's Adult Outpatient Psych department. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing care and services to a diverse population, primarily adults and geriatrics. In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team, offering evaluation, medication administration, patient education, and group intervention services in the Outpatient Behavioral Clinic.
Responsibilities
- Participate in program-based and/or behavioral health quality improvement activities.
- Supervise staff and ensure proper medication administration.
- Provide patient education and conduct group intervention services.
- Collaborate with a diverse patient population to deliver quality care.
Requirements
- Current/Valid RN License in the State of Maryland or Compact License.
- Minimum of 1 year Inpatient Behavioral Health experience required.
- Experience with EMR systems, Cerner preferred.
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
