Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse I to join the Adult Outpatient Psych team at Sinai Hospital. This full-time position involves working day shifts and providing crucial care to a diverse population, primarily adults and geriatric patients. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the RN will be responsible for evaluation, supervision, medication administration, patient education, and group interventions.
Responsibilities
- Participate in program-based and behavioral health quality improvement activities.
- Provide medication administration and patient education.
- Engage in group intervention services for Outpatient Behavioral Clinic patients.
Requirements
- Current/Valid RN License in the State of Maryland.
- Minimum 1 year of Inpatient Behavioral Health experience required.
- Experience with EMR system, Cerner preferred.
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
