Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse I to join our team at Sinai Hospital's Adult Outpatient Psych unit. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients enrolled in the Outpatient Behavioral Clinic. Your duties will include participating in quality improvement activities, medication administration, patient education, and group intervention services.
Responsibilities
- Participate in program-based and behavioral health quality improvement activities.
- Provide evaluation, supervision of staff, medication administration, patient education, and group intervention services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current/Valid RN License in the State of Maryland or Compact License.
- Minimum of 1 year Inpatient Behavioral Health experience required.
- Experience with the use of an EMR system, Cerner experience preferred.
- ANCC Psychiatric/Mental Health Certification preferred.
