Registered Nurse I - Adult Outpatient Psych - Sinai Hospital

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse I to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time role is based at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD, with a focus on Adult Outpatient Psych. As a Staff Nurse in our Outpatient Behavioral Clinic, you will play a crucial role in providing evaluation, medication administration, patient education, and group intervention services to our diverse adult and geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Participate in program-based and behavioral health quality improvement activities.
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to supervise staff and provide patient care.
• Administer psychotropic medications and ensure patient safety and wellbeing.
• Utilize EMR system, preferably Cerner, for accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

• Current/Valid RN License in the State of Maryland or Compact License.
• Minimum 1 year of Inpatient Behavioral Health experience; OP Behavioral Health experience preferred.
• Current/Valid BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Cerner.
• ANCC Psychiatric/Mental Health Certification is a plus.
