Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse I to join our Adult Outpatient Psych team at Sinai Hospital. As an RN in this role, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team providing evaluation, supervision, medication administration, patient education, and group intervention services to our diverse adult and geriatric population. Responsibilities
- Participate in program-based and behavioral health quality improvement activities.
- Supervise staff, administer medications, provide patient education, and conduct group interventions.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Requirements
- Current/Valid RN License in the State of Maryland or Compact License.
- Minimum of 1 year Inpatient Behavioral Health experience; OP Behavioral Health experience is sufficient (3+ years preferred).
- Current/Valid BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
- Experience with EMR systems, Cerner experience preferred.
- ANCC Psychiatric/Mental Health Certification preferred.
