Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse I to join our team at LifeBridge Health, specifically for the Adult Outpatient Psych program at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality care and support to adult and geriatric patients in the Outpatient Behavioral Clinic. This role involves evaluation, medication administration, patient education, and group intervention services within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in program-based and behavioral health quality improvement activities.
- Supervise staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Administer psychotropic medications and provide patient education.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the patient experience and outcomes.
Requirements
- Active RN License in the State of Maryland or Compact License.
- Minimum of 1 year of Inpatient Behavioral Health experience (OP Behavioral Health experience accepted).
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
- Experience with EMR systems, Cerner proficiency preferred.
- ANCC Psychiatric/Mental Health Certification is a plus.
