Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse I to join our team at Sinai Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will work in the Adult Outpatient Psych unit, providing evaluation, medication administration, patient education, and group intervention services to adult and geriatric populations. This position involves participating in quality improvement activities and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in program-based and behavioral health quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide evaluation and supervision of staff.
- Administer medications and conduct patient education.
- Lead group intervention services for individuals in the Outpatient Behavioral Clinic.
Requirements
- Current/Valid RN License in Maryland or Compact License.
- Minimum of 1 year Inpatient Behavioral Health experience required.
- Experience with EMR systems, preferably Cerner.
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
- ANCC Psychiatric/Mental Health Certification preferred.
