Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse I to join the Adult Outpatient Psych team at Sinai Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for participating in quality improvement activities and providing evaluation, supervision, medication administration, patient education, and group intervention services. This position involves working with a diverse adult and geriatric population within a multidisciplinary team setting.
Responsibilities
- Participate in program-based and behavioral health quality improvement activities.
- Provide medication administration and patient education.
- Conduct group intervention services for individuals in the Outpatient Behavioral Clinic.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
- Current/Valid RN License in the State of Maryland or Compact License.
- Minimum of 1 year Inpatient Behavioral Health experience.
- Experience with an EMR system, Cerner preferred.
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
- ANCC Psychiatric/Mental Health Certification preferred.
