Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse I to join our Adult Outpatient Psych team at Sinai Hospital. As a staff nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing evaluation, supervision, medication administration, patient education, and group intervention services within the outpatient clinic.
Responsibilities
- Participate in program-based and behavioral health quality improvement activities.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients.
- Administer psychotropic medications with demonstrated expertise.
- Utilize EMR system effectively, with experience in Cerner preferred.
Requirements
- Current/Valid RN License in the State of Maryland or Compact License.
- Minimum of 1 year Inpatient Behavioral Health experience; OP Behavioral Health experience preferred.
- Current/Valid BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
- ANCC Psychiatric/Mental Health Certification preferred.
