Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehab

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the highest quality of care.

Unit Description

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Function as an essential member of nursing teams.
• Provide direct patient care and instruction.
• Take charge as operational need allows.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Minimum of 300 hours per year, including a holiday shift.
• Completion of orientation.

Incentives

• $3.50 day shift differential (weekends).
• $3.00 evening shift differential (weekdays) & $6.50 (weekends).
• $10.00 night shift differential (weekends).
