Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of patients and families to identify health issues.
• Maintain accurate patient records and monitor vital signs and symptoms.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Administer nursing care and medications as needed.
• Promote positive patient experiences and outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the Department of Regulatory Agencies.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
