Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Prepare patients for ongoing care post-discharge.
- Possess readiness to take charge when operational needs require.
Requirements
- Current RN license required.
- Minimum 300 hours per calendar year with holiday shift availability.
- Completion of orientation, full-time preferred.
