Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Resource Department. As a Resource RN, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across various units at the UVM Medical Center. This role involves floating between different units to assist with staffing needs, ranging from Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, to Maternal Child.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our patients. Our leadership team provides comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this unique unit. To excel in this position, you should possess a can-do attitude, flexibility, adaptability to change, independence, and strong communication skills. A minimum of 2 years of direct critical care experience is required.

Key Details

• On-call: Not required.
• Incentives: Resource Department differential of $7.00/hour. External candidates may be eligible for a one-time signing bonus of $10,000 (prorated for part-time roles). Terms and conditions apply.
