Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will work as a Pre-Op nurse in our 22-bay prep unit, providing care to a diverse patient population with various conditions, both inpatient and outpatient.
Unit Description
As a part of our team at a level 1 trauma center, you will be involved in preparing patients for surgeries across all service lines.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients in the preoperative setting.
- Ensure optimal patient care and comfort.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Adhere to nursing standards and protocols.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Experience in preoperative care preferred.
