Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care across various health states.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and education to patients.
• Participate in care transitions and ensure preparation for continuing care.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or willing to obtain.
• Experience in Pediatric Infusion and chemotherapy certification preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in central line access/care and peripheral IV placement.
