Job Summary
We are looking for either a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The Unit RN is responsible for providing specialized nursing services based on medical care principles. The ideal candidate should demonstrate competence as a nursing practitioner and possess the required licensure.
Responsibilities
- Perform services requiring specialized knowledge and skills for patient care.
- Follow nursing regimens under medical direction.
- Assess patient conditions and advocate for the best care.
- Establish trustful relationships with residents.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current RN or LPN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- BLS certification.
- Experience in gerontological nursing is preferred.
