Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Cardiac Stepdown to join our team at Atrium Health in Rome, Georgia. As a crucial member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care to individuals across various age groups, focusing on their physical, emotional, and educational needs. You will play a vital role in delivering critical care services, including continuous cardiac monitoring, emergency care, IV therapy, and ventilator management.
Responsibilities
- Implement the nursing process based on advanced knowledge and experience.
- Deliver age-appropriate patient care for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
- Provide continuous critical care services such as cardiac monitoring, emergency care, and ventilator management.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team and maintain effective communication with patients and families.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse licensure in Georgia or Alabama.
- ACLS and BCLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
