Registered Nurse (RN) - Eastside OB/GYN Clinic (PRN)

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Denver Health, specifically at the Eastside OB/GYN Clinic on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting, collaborating with diverse patients, families, and community members. The ideal candidate will adhere to professional nursing standards, apply critical thinking, and work towards promoting excellence in healthcare consumer safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and treatment.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to establish goals and strategies for patient care.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Assist with examinations and treatments.
• Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Required licenses: BLS/CPR and RN.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to react calmly in emergency situations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and EPIC documentation is a plus.
