Registered Nurse (RN) - Eastside Pediatric/Teen Clinic (PRN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Eastside Pediatric/Teen Clinic on a PRN basis at Denver Health. As a crucial member of the ambulatory care services team, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting, ensuring excellent healthcare services to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify and address patient needs.
• Work with patients and the interdisciplinary team to set goals and strategies for optimal health outcomes.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members to enhance overall patient care experience.
• Maintain accurate records and reports while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
