Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. As a Full Time RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient well-being. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and administer IV treatments.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
- Prior Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
- Willingness to train and perform IV functions.
