Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time RN to provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. The successful candidate will develop and implement patient-centric care plans, ensure IV proficiency, and plan patient discharges effectively. Join our supportive team in Newark, DE, and surrounding areas, with day shift hours, weekend rotations, and on-call shifts, offering a competitive salary range of $32.00 - $44.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency within 90 days of hire.
- Plan for patient discharge and continuity of care.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates to obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license, or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
