Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Field Nurse in Home Care, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Our state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record system and comprehensive OASIS-E training will support you in delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and deliver IV functions.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates to obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Home healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
