Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to work in the Newark, DE area, with a supportive leadership team and comprehensive OASIS-E training. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient-centered care. IV proficiency is a requirement or can be trained upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented care plans.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of hire.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train and perform IV functions.
