Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Field Nurse in Home Care, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, with a focus on patient-centered care. Responsibilities
- Administer skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in a community setting.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.
- Maintain proficiency in IV therapy and functions.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain a BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
