Job Description
Our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate and supportive team. As a Field Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, developing patient-centered care plans and ensuring top-quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare patients for discharge as necessary.
- Proficiency in IV care and willingness to train to maintain proficiency.
Requirements
- BSN required, with ADN candidates needing to obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience in the last 12 months.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
